Go to the website noqta.tv, choose "Create a New Account," fill in all your personal details (name, email, password, date of birth, etc.), and complete all required fields so we can display opportunities that suit your passion on your personal homepage.

3. How can I watch courses after subscribing?

You can access the platform from all browsers, including Google Chrome, Safari, and Firefox, as well as from mobile phones, iPads, or any other device you prefer.

4. What should I do if I face a technical issue?

If you face any technical problem (such as "subscription not activated despite payment being deducted"), please contact us directly via email at info@noqta.tv and attach a screenshot for clarification.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please note that refund and cancellation policies may vary depending on the service and payment method. At Noqta, we take the Terms of Use and Honor Code seriously, and we are not obligated to provide refunds to users who violate these policies or company rules, even if the request is made within the designated refund period. Likewise, we do not provide late refunds to learners who fail to pass a course or are dissatisfied with their results.
One-Time Purchases:
Refunds are not given if the learner is dissatisfied with the content, style, or delivery method of the course. Enrollment fees are considered final once payment is complete, provided the course is available as described.
Refunds may be given if the learner purchased a bundle but could not access the content, or there was a duplicate payment was processed and charged twice. In these cases, the learner must provide proof of the issue for verification. A full refund is possible within 14 days of payment unless the learner has already received a certificate of completion.
Bundle Subscription Policy:

Each purchased bundle includes a one-year subscription from the purchase date. After expiration, renewal requires a fee equal to 15% of the original bundle price at the time of purchase. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Renewal requires manual action by the user.
By completing payment, you agree to use a valid payment method. If your method fails but you still gain access, you must pay the full amount within 30 days of notice. Otherwise, Noqta may suspend or disable access.

10. Exchange Policy

Courses cannot be exchanged for other courses after payment.
